Born in Santander and with emotional and family ties to the city, Pablo completed his studies between the United States and his hometown and has been practicing the law continuously since 2002. After starting his practice in a collective law firm, he became started an individual practice in 2006. After 14 years he decided to found with his partner Jaime de la Lastra, the law firm Lastra y Herrero Abogados, SLP.

Pablo speaks English and Spanish. 

Member of the Spanish Association of Tax Advisors (AEDAF)

Pablo has developed his career mainly focused in the civil field of the law, with special relevance in inheritance and contractual law, and also advising corporate and administrative issues.

Among other resolutions, he has directed relevant actions such as the partial nullity of the “Autovia del Agua” expropriation declared by the Spanish Supreme Court.
